Please complete this MEDIA Group Membership form to send you the following information and documents:

• Registration with Press Credential of your Press Status and that of your journalists collaborators.
• Dispatch of Union Press Cards for you and your journalists collaborators.
• The documents necessary for the provision of the free services that you have indicated in this form.
• The application file for an International Press Card if you indicate it in this form.

The duration of a MEDIA Group Union Membership is calculated from date to date: 6 months, 12 months or 24 months.
Membership is without commitment of duration. It will end automatically at the end of the period if it is not renewed by the administrator member of the MEDIA Group account.

Departure of a collaborating journalist: The status of journalist and the Union Press Card of a collaborator may – free of charge – be transferred to the benefit of his replacement.
